About This Blog

Why "Crafted In His Image"? As a person who loves crafts of all kinds, and would much prefer to make a gift than buy it, I am constantly hearing the same comment..."I'm not creative". I believe that simply isn't true. The Bible teaches that we are all created in His image. He is THE Creator, the ultimate in creativity, so we are all creative in some way or another. Some are creative with music, words, finances, food, organizing. My creativity happens to be with paper, ink, fabric, paint and sugar (among other things).

But, for me, the best part isn't in the creating. It's in the blessing. Whether it be an elaborate scrapbook to hand down to my children or a simple card with the words "I'm praying for you" on it, I love to do what I do because it's a tangible way for me to share God's love. I also understand that for some, this type of creativity doesn't come easy, so that's why I am a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, and that's why I started this blog. To share what I know with others.

I'm hoping to be able to post regularly here, at least with projects for upcoming classes that I am teaching and maybe I'll even get brave enough to try some video tutorials. We'll see what the Lord has planned.

Thanks for visiting and please feel free to leave a comment. I'd love to hear from you.

God's love and blessings!
